TOWN CLERK IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to the Town Hall Offices closed to the public please note the following updates

CANDIDATES WITH NOMINATION PAPERS TO BE CERTIFIED

PAPERS MUST BE RECEIVED (NOT POSTMARKED) BY THE DUE DATE/TIME ON THE FORM

 

1.  DROP BOX (front of Town Hall) - Utilize the black drop box (in front of the Town Hall). Please put them in an envelope with your contact information including your name, phone number, e-mail address and mailing address.  A receipt will be e-mailed to you.

*Call the Town Clerk’s Office 781-925-2262 or email Town Clerk Lori West at: [email protected] to notify the office that Nomination Papers have been dropped off. 

      2.  MAIL- mail nomination papers if the deadline is not approaching to:

Please call above telephone number or if using mail option please include a  pre-stamped and pre-addressed envelope. We advise candidates to use some sort of tracking service if they are mailing their papers so they can ensure timely delivery.

    

BIRTH/MARRIAGE/DEATH CERTIFICATES

  1. ONLINE:  https://www.town.hull.ma.us/town-clerk

                     ● Anyone who was born or parents were living in Hull at the time of the birth.

                     ● Any death within the Town of Hull or if the deceased was a resident of the Town of Hull at the time of death.

       ● Any couple who filed their intentions to be married in the Town of Hull.  Please note that even if the marriage took place in Hull, we will not have the record unless the marriage intentions were                filed here.

                                                          *Please allow up to 24-48 hour turnaround time once your order is received.

       2. MAIL or DROP BOX (front of Town Hall):  Please mail your request along with payment of $10.00 per copy to:

Name(s) on record:Parent(s)/Child - Names on Marriage Certificate

Date of Event:Ex:Date of Birth/Death/Marriage

DOG LICENSES

  1. ONLINE:  https://www.town.hull.ma.us/town-clerk

                       Dog Licenses must include updated rabies certificate if not already on file.

  1. MAIL or DROP BOX (front of Town Hall):  Please mail in your dog license application (located on the Town Clerk’s web page) along with your applicable, updated rabies certificate (if applicable) and your payment of to:
