To Apply for a Special Permit/Variance to: enclose existing deck and porch, as per plans, pursuant to the Hull Zoning By-Laws Chapter 40-A, Sec. 61, Pre-existing structures. Existing and proposed side set back is less than required; existing and proposed lot coverage exceeds what is allowed.

8:05 p.m. Continuation of a Public Hearing on an application filed by Bill Oliver regarding property at 0 Atlantic Ave (between 128 & 128A Atlantic Ave.), Hull, MA, which according to the application seeks to:

To Apply for a Special Permit/Variance to: construct modular house on pilings, as per plans, pursuant to the Hull Zoning By-Laws 40-A, Sec. 61, paragraph 61-2, sub paragraph f (iii). The lot had a single-family home that was demolished after the Blizzard of ’78. Existing lot doesn’t meet the required 60’ frontage; the 5.3’ proposed left side setback does not meet the 10’ required.
