7:05 Opening of a Public Hearing on an application filed by John Boyd regarding property at 34 Ocean Ave., Hull, MA, which per the application seeks to:

Apply for a Special Permit/Variance to: rebuild second floor; rebuild existing front porch and new landing and stairs; rebuild rear porch with deck above, as per plans, pursuant to the Hull Zoning Bylaws  §410-6.2, Pre-existing structures. Existing and proposed side and rear setbacks are less than required; existing and proposed lot coverage is 51.2% which is more than allowed, but does not change.

 

7:15      Opening of a Public Hearing on an application filed by Karen B. Welling regarding property at 1073 Nantasket Ave., Hull MA which per the application seeks to:

Apply for a Special Permit/Variance to: renovate and expand the second floor, as per plans, pursuant to the Hull Zoning Bylaws , Pre-existing structures. The existing and proposed side setback of 0.5’ is less than required.
