7:05 p.m. Opening of a Public Hearing on an application filed by Sami Plotkin regarding property at 179 Samoset Ave, Hull, MA, which according to the application seeks to:

Apply for a Special Permit/Variance to construct rear addition, as per plans, pursuant to the Hull Zoning Bylaws Chapter 40-A, Sec. 61, Pre-existing structures. Existing and proposed right side setback is less than required.

Apply for a Special Permit/Variance to: construct 520 sq. ft. rear addition with roof deck above, pursuant to the Hull Zoning Bylaws Chapter 40-A, Sec. 61, Pre-existing structures. Existing (30.2%) and proposed (35.5%) lot coverage is more than allowed (30%).

7:25 p.m. Continuation of a Public Hearing on an application filed by Bill Oliver regarding property at 0 Atlantic Ave (between 128 & 128A Atlantic Ave.), Hull, MA, which according to the application seeks to:

To Apply for a Special Permit/Variance to: construct modular house on pilings, as per plans, pursuant to the Hull Zoning By-Laws 40-A, Sec. 61, paragraph 61-2, sub paragraph f (iii). The lot had a single-family home that was demolished after the Blizzard of ’78. Existing lot doesn’t meet the required 60’ frontage; the 5.3’ proposed left side setback does not meet the 10’ required.
