Are you at risk of malnutrition? One out of two older Americans are! Join Anne Mcdonald, Registered Dietician for South Shore Elder Services, as she discusses healthy nutrition for older adults and provides free screenings plus tips to avoid this serious health issue. Arthritis Talk

May is Arthritis Awareness Month! Town Nurse, Rachel Gerold will discuss two different types of arthritis: osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Pelvic Health Lecture

Join Dr. Ashley Mahan, Pelvic Health Physical Therapist from Peak Physical Therapy to discuss how to keep your pelvic floor strong! You will leave this discussion with a better understanding of the anatomy of the pelvis and how to improve your pelvic health and bladder control.  Call the Senior Center to register, 781-925-1239.

Cannabis for Health and Wellness

Ellen Kasper of Alternative Compassion Services, Inc. and Kathleen McKinnon of Alternative Wellness Centers will discuss the history and types of medicinal cannabis and how it can be used as an alternative to Western medicine. Call the Hull Senior Center to register, 781-925-1239.

Summer Garden Success Talk

Presented by Jon Belber of Holly Hill Farm, this hands-on workshop on organic gardening and regenerative agriculture will help you set your own garden up for summer success! Jon will also suggest which crops grow well together and which need space to thrive. $5 per person, call to save your spot, 781-925-1239.
