7:35 p.m. Opening of a Public Hearing on an application filed by Hoadley Martinez Architects Inc regarding property at 46 Summit Ave., Hull, MA, which per the application seeks to:

To apply for a Special Permit/Variance to: demo existing home & attached garage and construct new home, as per plans, pursuant to the Hull Zoning By-Laws Chapter 40-A, Sec. 61, Pre-existing structures. Existing (.9ft) & proposed (4ft) side setback is less than required; existing (2.8ft) and proposed 8.8ft) rear setback is less than required.

7:45 p.m. Opening of a Public Hearing on an application filed by Derick Ohman regarding property at 3 Hampton Cir., which per the application seeks to:

To apply for a Special Permit/Variance to: remodel kitchen, build 10’ x 27’ addition off back of house on precast big foots with flat roof deck, as per plans, pursuant to the Hull Zoning By-Laws Chapter 40-A, Sec. 61, Pre-existing structures. Existing and proposed left side setback is less than required. The existing lot coverage is 27.9% and the proposed appears to be 34.8%.

7:55 p.m. Continuation of a Public Hearing on an application filed by Michael McDevitt and Stephanie Aprea regarding property at 125 Main Street, Hull, MA, which according to the application seeks to:

To Appeal the Building Commissioner’s decision to issue a notice of violation of Chapter 173 of the Zoning Bylaw. McDevitt submits the appeal to (1) preserve the ability to obtain applicable building permits for the structure (Chatham Coast Guard Station which sits atop beams on the Property) at issue on the Property without accruing ongoing fines; and (2) to challenge the determination of the violation letter. Per the application, the structure was donated to McDevitt on or about July 11, 2019.

On 7/1/2020, the applicant’s representatives requested a continuance to 7/21/2020 at a time to be determined.
