TOWN CLERK IMPORTANT NOTICE
BIRTH/MARRIAGE/DEATH CERTIFICATES
● Anyone who was born or parents were living in Hull at the time of the birth.
● Any death within the Town of Hull or if the deceased was a resident of the Town of Hull at the time of death.
● Any couple who filed their intentions to be married in the Town of Hull. Please note that even if the marriage took place in Hull, we will not have the record unless the marriage intentions were filed here.
*Please allow up to 48-72 hour turnaround time once your order is received.
2. MAIL or DROP BOX (front of Town Hall): Please mail your request along with payment of $10.00 per copy to:

Name(s) on record:Parent(s)/Child - Names on Marriage Certificate
Date of Event:Ex:Date of Birth/Death/Marriage
- Name, Address, Telephone number to where to send copy.
Dog Licenses must include updated rabies certificate if not already on file.
- MAIL or DROP BOX (front of Town Hall): Please mail in your dog license application (located on the Town Clerk’s web page) along with your applicable, updated rabies certificate (if applicable) and your payment of to:
