Licensing Procedures & Applications

The responsibility for administrative duties associated with all  license applications and annual renewals of existing licenses issued by the Local Licensing Authority (LLA), is the Select Board.

The following are Classes of Licenses that are issued by the LLA:

LIQUOR LICENSES

All Types of Annual Licenses (Annual/Seasonal on-premises or off-premises)
 
Applicant must complete and submit the online application from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, along with the Local Liquor Application to the Select Board's office prior to a public hearing.
 
 
One-Day Liquor License
Application - Required for the sale of alcoholic beverages to the public. One day license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages.
Policies, Rules & Regulations
 

Entertainment License: Required for any business that will have entertainment on premises, including but not limited to: Jukebox, live Music, and/or, musical instruments, dj, karaoke.

Procedures & Other Helpful Information

Auto Dealer License: Class I, II, and III. Required if you are buying, selling, or exchanging new or second hand vehicles or assembling second hand motor vehicles or parts thereof.

Common Victualler License: Any establishment serving food, with seating of (1) or more available to customers, must have a Common Victualler's license.  The     license is good from January 1st to December 31 each year.                    Procedures & Other Helpful Information
 

Liquor License Application: Town of Hull License Application (in addition to the ABCC application)Required for the sale of alcoholic beverages to the public.
