Goals for January
Students will know how to determine and calculate experimental/theoretical probability.
They will be able to interpret strip graphs, frequency graphs, circle graphs and outcome grids. Students will be able to determine if a game is fair or unfair and be able to change a game to make it fair. They will use outcome grids and tree diagrams to accomplish this goal.

Goals students will be able to create their own percent problems that apply to real life situations
December 19th through December 23rd
This week student need to complete the study island, 7th grade, 2012 assessment for numbers sense, a through g with, 20 questions on each letter with a passing or advance grade. They also will need to complete any classwork they do not finish in school.
Goals - Students will understand that proportions are equal fractions and recognize when they can manipulate those fractions to solve a proportion without cross multiplying and solving for X. Study Island problems will give students more practice for Mcas testing.
