IMPORTANT NOTICE
Aquarion Water Company is proposing to increase rates to Hull residents by 18.72% overall. The Department of Public Utilities will be holding a public hearing on this proposal at:

All residents are urged to attend. This may be the public’s only chance to voice their concerns and opposition to this significant rate increase. Evidentiary hearings will be held in Boston, but require intervention to participate. (Hull has filed to intervene).
The DPU has directed that written comments be filed at the DPU by Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. A request from the Town for a longer time for public written comment and for a hearing in Hull is pending at the DPU.
