The following is a list of skills the children will be working on. We encourage the children to "practice" these skills at home as well.

* Cutting on a line
* Rhyming
* Identifying numerals 1-20
* Printing their first and last name (correctly)
* Printing 1-10 (correctly)
* Reciting their address
* Reciting their phone number
* Buttoning, zippering, & snapping their clothes
* Saying their birthdate
* Reciting the alphabet
* Associating number value with numeral (1-20)
* Associating letters and their sounds
* Naming coins (penny, nickel, dime, quarter )
* Reading sight words (from the books the children have been taking home-see below)
