We will read in class Hub Fans Bid Kid Adieu by John Updike and discuss and complete questions at the end of the week.
Week of 2/27/12
We are working on the Will McDonough essay contest, writing essays during class time and peer editing them at the end of the week. The absolute final draft will be due on Friday March 9th.
For Friday, 2/3/12:
Write a short story about a time that you attended a sporting event with someone. Describe the details of the setting, the atmosphere and the events using descriptive words, metaphors and similes.
