Contributor Nomination Form
Men and women who have made tremendous contributions to the Hull High School Athletic Programs are eligible for nomination to the Hull High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Eligibility shall begin two years after service to the program has ended.
This form should be used as a cover sheet for a package of information to be presented to the Hull High School Athletic Hall of Fame Selection Committee. Any pertinent information should be presented in the nomination package.
The more research that the nominating party does, the less that the Selection Committee must do. This is to say - an impressive, comprehensive presentation makes a better case for your candidate. Articles, stories and other supporting information are encouraged.
